Description I actually did this pic a year or two ago, I forgot all about it.

One of the all time most popular snoops and all round super smart super sleuth, armed with the most awesome book and watch that EVERYONE wanted when they were young.

So this is a tribute not only to Penny Gadget herself but to everyone who watched and enjoyed Inspector Gadget. Enjoy!
