So, as someone suggested here are (from left to right)Original redesign idea Cynthia
Classic Cynthia
Redone redesign Cynthia, blending some aspects of the new look along with newly added elements aswell as keeping classic details and such.
Once again comments are most welcome. I'm liking the newer look on the right as it seems to be a sneaking suit now for Cyn.

As much as I like the outfit on the far left, the classic look always does it for me...

Well, I think she should go out with shackles, so bad guys won't lose time everytime they catch her
But also, the knot in her side (in the top right option) suits her better than a loose belt. Maybe a cleavage window, or that will be more work?

Classis is still best.
Remixed isn't too bad, either, but that bow at the hip is a bit off. The line around the chest feels slightly off to me, too.

I prefer the central one. I really like the lack of a left sleeve. Dunno why, just looks cute

The missing sleeve is because she is only wearing her jacket over one arm to show off the outfit beneath.

Yeah, I'd go with the one on the right too, maybe the left one could be her summer uniform. And maybe the classic look could be used um... distracting/interrogating non-violent guys?

I agree with the idea of Cynthia's classic look (center design) being used for "distracting/interrogating non-violent guys" or being usually worn when she's off-duty or training new recruits.
I also like the new rightmost design as it appears more practical for field missions. But I think the bow seems unnecessary.
I don't like the leftmost design at all as it's too impractical and skimpy.

I like the one in the middle the most, but the redesign in the right is nice too.

this is gonna sound weird but I like outfit 3. The first one is ninja, and the second one reminds me of the alatreon gunner armor, But I just like 3 best. Its not overly fan servicey but still says Ninja

I admire the third one on the right very much, but my choice lies with the hybrid between the two. It's very eye catching if you ask me and I'm always a sucker for tank tops 
Also have you considered letting everyone vote on Cynthia's outfits in a poll? (If you have already I apologize for bugging you)

The hybrid one on the right is my favourite. Good little changes on the gloves and boots.
I think that third look might be interesting minus the jacket (keeping the very short sleeves of the top). I understand it's an integral part of her look, though, so it'd be harder to sell you on that one.

I much enjoy the third one, on the right. It's quite an improvement on her design that still keeps to her character. It also does more with the blank space on her uniform without crowding it. Third on the right for me.

Indeed. It's the smallest details that really either bring the character to life or ruin them entirely. In the case of the third one, I'm happy to say that the outfit really fits her.

i like the one on the right the best. The one on the left could be her Narutoverse outfit.

If you go left to right it looks like she went to more practical outfits and less sexy outfits.
