I watched the Invader Zim movie with my brother and it transported me straight back to the early 2000s. He then insisted that one of my characters, Tal'kaela, would fit well in that verse. And as much as I tried to resist the idea...he's right.
So I thought to do this as a warmup doodle (because some artists are able to do warmup doodles? Somehow? I admire them.) but then I got into shading and shit like that and...this was made. I'm actually more pleased with how it looks than I'd like to admit.
