I think Neptune's hair needs to be a lot darker and a bit more greener, and different bangs as well.

btw, have you heard of Sailor Moon Drops? it's like Candy Crush, but you can play as the inner senshi (but maybe other characters later.) Recently, they had an event to get Usagi in her uniform, and Minako's event happened before that. it's really fun, I recommend it!
