For Hal-con 2013 we decided to do a little flock of Harpies. More photos of my sister and I later.

My idea was based off a raven...as hopefully you can tell.

Half arm movable wings (the glue for the fabric turned out to fail 2 days before the event...so I spent 48 hours with no sleep trying to save what I could. I was only able to do some rough half wings :c)
Custom Hand made Headress with between 50-100 feathers on each side.
Custom Hackle Chest Peice with...alot of feathers
Hand Made Raven stilt feet and feather pants.
Hand Laid latex prosthetic. I made spikes out of sculpy, and a bunch of latex later, made a little forehead and cheek piece as my "pinfeathers".

A whole lot of shiny accessories of course.
