i'm not a huge fan of the final evolutions of the galar starters. watching a couple of youtubers i follow, i think they did not like them too. so, i decided to re-design them. as you can see, i don't have HUGE problems with what we officially have, but i made tweaks that i thought would make the overall designs better. i tried to maintain the inspirations, shapes and color schemes as close to the original as possible because frankly i think that the galar starters are under-cooked designs, and most of the elements put onto the pokemon are a little excessive. so here they are.

inteleon: in my opinion, the biggest problem with the official inteleon design is that it is too "skinny". there's a serious lack of 'volume'. it's not a huge problem, but it makes the design less appealing. so, i gave it a bit more 'volume', by adding the suit cuffs at the hands. this addition makes it have more of a tuxedo vibe because it is based on james bond in the first place. i changed the patterns on the body and the shoulder for the same purposes.
i took away its 'wing frills' as i think that part is a bit over design on the original, it doesn't need to in this stage. the dex entry for inteleon says that it hides knives in its tails. this is pretty bad "design" in my opinion, as looking at the original, we'd have no clue at all of that... so, i added fins on the tail end, to make it look like sort of sword. some water reptiles also have rudder like tails to help them move in water, so i think it's fitting. i changed the 'hair' according to this design decision so that the tail and head fits.
with all these changes, i guess drizzile would need to be re-designed, but drizzile is not the best design anyhow, so tell me if you'd be interested in a total re-design, or a tweak of drizzile.

rillaboom: my main issue with rillaboom's design is the hair. it's pretty awful imo, having a curled strand that looks like a fern, but nothing else on other parts of the hair. so, i took that out, and trimmed its hair a little bit, this made its locks look more like a reggae musician. i continued the reggae inspiration and changed the wirst parts with reggae motifs. the drums might have been better changed into conga drums, but the stick elements were from the pre-evos. so i did not change it. unless there's a particular musician, or musician type that has locks and sleeves like the official rillaboom, i'm sticking to my reggae inspired drummer design.
i also took away all the excessive 'ribbons' on rillaboom's body. as again, maybe i'm missing something from what rillaboom is actually based on. please let me know if you have more info on that.

cinderace: frankly, if i had to only re-design one pokemon from this 3, it would be cinderace. i'm all for the soccer theme of the official design, but the element of design is really weak in my opinion. the blue elements, the crown and the detailed yellow elements coming out of nowhere might be my biggest issue with the design as a whole. so, for my re-design, i took away all those elements and replaced them almost exclusively with 'flames'. i specifically put the flames on the sides of the design based on the japanese national team football jersey, coincidentally, back in 1996. "black" (darker blue) is more continuation with raboot, and it's closer color to the current england football jersey. i also gave it branded football boots because of this design decision. hahaha.
i don't know what to do about the headband from raboot, actually, i think the official pokemon team didn't know too, that's why they gave it a random crown/hat. i decided to make it into a thinner hair band, as used by a lot of football players with longer hair. as is the case, cinderace's hair could be longer in this re-design, but i decided to keep it bob length, as it's the length of his hair when david beckham used the hair band. XD
