Angeline is average height with a vampiric, bluish pallor and large black eyes always half-hidden behind her painted eyelids. She embellishes herself in a kaleidoscope of makeup and an eclectic wardrobe consisting of everything from hand-tatted bridal veils to ensembles straight from the Serseri Circus. Her hair is always some shade of pastel (think Jellyfish hues) and the cut is clear cut of two layrs- the top layer is a chunky bob that bunches around her face like a bird's nest made of fishing string, while the bottom layer falls just above her shoulders, usually threaded with ribbons, beads, and braids.. When standing, her posture is quite rigid, but when she sits, her limbs become slack and rubbery and she falls into a state of laze.
Bio
Angeline’s migration to the islands happened much slower than those mermaids that had been swept up and jettisoned by the turbulent waves of last year’s storm. She floated, slowly, pulled by a residual riptide here and there, gradually making her way towards the harsh sunlight of the surface world. Then one evening, surrounded by a bloom of moon jellies, she was lapped onto the coast of Spokane.
While very literally finding her footing in this brand new environment, she injured her ankle and was helped by a local photographer who hesitantlyoffered her a spot to stay and a crash course on the local society. When Angeline was able to walk comfortably again, she continued her exploration and ended up with a place to sleep at one of the vacant motels on Ki.
Despite her lack of a consistent payroll, Angeline always seems to have some means of sustaining herself. And when she’s lacking in something, goodwill and charity isn’t always hard to come across on Harmony Islands.

Angeline is governed by her own curiosity and whatever cardinal direction the wind happens to be blowing that day. Since her arrival on the Islands, she has taken an interest in observing the daily habits of the locals (for as long as her attention span allows) and finds herself particularly curious about the roles each person plays in their local environment. ‘Jobs’ are an interesting social construct, and she hasn’t yet decided if she’d enjoy one of those, though if she did, she would be most inclined to choose the one that comes with the best dress code.
As fish out of water, Angeline doesn’t always adhere to the established social norms- a point in which she holds no shame or chagrin. She also lacks a filter when it comes to the questions that pop into her head and out of her mouth. More often than not, this generates an awkward pause or a stuttered pivot in topic, but sometimes, it reaps great rewards. The phrase “You’ll never know unless you ask~” has become her most sage piece of advice to anyone that hesitates to question the ways of this world.

Schedule
There are only a few consistencies in Angeline's schedule; She likes perusing markets and second-hand stores; She visits her friend Elijah on Spokane a few times a week; She rests in one of the motels on Ki (changing locations every week or so) and has sometimes been spotted coming and going in the direction of the Coral Cove on the tropical island.
