« YOUR OC DRESSED AS YOURSELF » OPEN COLLAB

Here it is finally!! Better late than never I guess?
So for this first open collab I decided to go for a theme that did not require any era, timeline, AU coherence. You can even put non fandom or other fandom’s ocs if you want on here the concept still works.
My idea is to draw our OCs dressed in our own favorite outfit, or an outfit that we think is iconic of ours. Regardless of the genders (your oc can be male/female wearing the opposite gender’s clothes) it’s still fun. I put a male and female base. It’s also a way to get to know the people behind the OCs, their styles and personalities. It’s not to judge people’s « fashion taste » it’s ok if your iconic outfit is pyjamas then you can rock the pajama. Just draw whatever you feel corresponds you the most! 💕💕 It’s some kind of fun meet the artist in a way.
So I asked around what you think is my most iconic outfit, and I drew Yukiko in it. Including the hairstyles I really like to do on my hair these days, and my bracelets and tights… If you have piercings, tattoos or if you like to wear a particular makeup, don’t hesitate to put it on your OC. I don’t usually wear makeup that’s why I didn’t put it on Yuki. The pattern on her skirt was hell to draw rip.

You can draw your OC yourself, you don’t HAVE to use the base. You can also draw them in your style, don’t mind the style coherence just have fun. Please just don’t remove Yukiko or trace her. However if you want to add some light/shadow layers to the characters, tone them, you can modify her too.
I drew Yukiko with line thickness 3px, I shaded her with a purple colour in multiply layer mode (30% opacity). I put a reference of the colour on the psd/clip file if you want to shade your character with the same colour. It will look even better if both characters are on the same light
