What if Belle was the Princess turned into a Beast and Adam(Beast) was the town boy.Here we have the selfish Princess Belle, Mary(Adam's mother), commoner Adam, Gabriela (Who wants to marry Adam), and the three triplets who wants to marry Gabriela.

Well, maybe from that angle she'd know what it's like to be a beast.
And this would prove even mother can be as selfish, arrogant, and hot tempered. Which goes to show you can't change a person's nature.

I usually don't like these "Beauty as the Beast" things, but I do like this one. Okay okay, I just like the triplets. Ben, Brian, and Bert? Gabriela is also very well done. Now you just need a LeFouette or something like that.

Me too. Recently took a Disney princess quiz on DA and 2 of the questions were abut names- what did Aurora's name mean in Latin (dawn... but they said that in the movie, like they said Belle meant beauty) but I knew Mulan's meaning off the top of my head: orchid blossom- and felt pretty proud of that.
I'm a writer and my names always mean something. Some of my favorites are Halyn Mugarson, Calista, and Damien. Halyn is from a novel I wrote last year called When the Stars Fall and her first name means "special, unlike any other" and Muga, where I got her last name, means "nothing" Her character feels like nothing because of the way her dad, the one who gave her the last name, treats her. Her friend Esteban ("crowned"-which he is) calls her Ilori as a nickname, a Keidreian word meaning "treasure"
Calista and Damien are the Beauty and the Beast from my current project, a retelling of the fairy tale. Calista is Greek for most beautiful, but I think I'm proudest of Damien's (the beast's) name: it means "to tame"

Really I'm a small writer and I try to make sure my names mean something unless I name them after a someone. I'd really like to read your story is it on DA?

I'm currently writing Beauty is Blind. I'll post a first scene on DA as a teaser. Keep reminding me about When the Stars Fall- I've made hard copy edits but nothing's been changed on the computer yet... I need to do that. Once that's done, I'll email you a google doc or something. Yeah, I've got it on Createspace right now, but I have to redesign the back cover- I never got permission to sell the book with the arches I currently have on there. I figured since I had to resubmit it anyway, I might as well edit the text while I'm at it. It's taken from June to the end of October to finish editing...now I have to make the changes.
