So, you were walking along one day making your traced Naruto/Lucky Star/Bleach RPCs, but then it hit you. Why didn't you just make a base? You'd get tons of pageviews and wouldn't have to trace every individual picture!It was perfect.
But then you couldn't find out how...so I made this tutorial for you.
