Whether we like it or not, there comes a day where you just have to capture the bad guys - a reality which never existed in the "Paw Patrol" TV series & was only remedied in their 2 motion picture movies. So here's a member of the Paw Patrol Elite Capture Division (PPECD) who's main purpose & duty is the apprehending & capture of dangerous criminals & fugitives, sporting their division's iconic stun pistol which is standard equipment to all its members.
