I use some wire I bought from a hardware store for the base, just one strip for the body, and two for the legs~
it's scary using wire though because im afraid to split my fingers open with it >__<

And yes it is! I'm usually quite nervous using wire since when i cut it, it pops out and when I'm twisting it or bending it I have to be careful not to slip!
