Here is the helmet of the concept so far, I'll make a "tutorial" on how I build it later on ^^I probably scrap it later on.
Material: Cardboard.

Excellent! I can't wait for the schematics to be released. I was thinking of doing something like this with uh... what's it called? ...Ah! Styrene sheets (plasticard). They're thin and flexible enough for this sort of thing, only with the added element of strength.
