I finally had some time to make thisI still have to put a lot of work in my on going costume projects so this wasn't really a priority.

Symmetry is really hard, the helmet in the tutorial still isn't perfectly symmetrical but it looks good allright and the approach works pretty well.
The building material is cardboard, it's cheap and easy to work with.

Awesome stuff, I do have a question thought, maybe this will get covered later, btu how sturdy is this kind of tihng and do you strenghten it up later?

The helmet is really sturdy on it's own. On the helmet there won't really be any stress so it doesn't need reinforcement. For example I will spray PU foam in the chest plate and cover that up with fibre glass, that will make it really strong. The smaller parts will be fibre-glassed on the inside.

Speaking of which, I don't suppose you have any ideas when the next one will get submitted do ya? xD
