meet Locan and his little company Spooder

Locan is a hard working miner, talks about metal all the time.
He has rented some big transport corpus ships but they got destroyed by a grineer assault and now he have to pay them off (as a dept slave) in fortuna.
When Locan goes to the mines Spooder stays in Fortuna and play around with the childrens. He doesn't take Spooder with him because he fears that the taxmans/ corpus will take him away.
