By Lavanna's grace, humans are such jerks!Case in point: astral bibirrels. These little critters lived in our woods for centuries, and we left them alone to frollic, and occasionally make friends with our druids - always on their terms.
And what happened yesterday?
The moment moronic humans set a foot in Feywhisper and saw this wonder of nature, they asked whether they can buy them from us! As if we owned them in the first place!
Apparently, instead of pure beauty and charm, all they see are portable mana converters - how sad is that?
We refused, naturally, but that didn't stop them. At nightfall, our "guests" started capturing scurries of bibirrels so they could sell them to wizards, enchanters, and alchemists in human kingdoms. Of course, we caught them red-handed (it wasn't hard with their bags glowing like a horde of giant lanternflies) and kicked them out of Feywhisper, releasing bibirrels back into the woods.
If the opportunity arises, they will try again, no doubt about that... and here I thought dwarves and goblins were the ones ruled by greed!
