In first gen, my favourite was Charmander. In second, Cyndaquil. In third, Torchic.
Then I haven't played pokemon games until revamped Mystery Dungeon came out, and so I missed out on a bunch of starters; but in all cases I think I still like fire ones most.
But then, SWSH hit the shelves and they presented me with grass monke that plays percussion.
I didn't love the monke that much since Furious Rajang from Monster Hunter Β
