Description
A sexy genet scientist, who has concocted something or other, and is perhaps testing it on her favorite subject...This is one of my contributions to the Pinup Portfolio: [link] ... a collection of furry female pinups by many great artists, which was released at Anthrocon 2009.
This piece is done with micron inks, acrylic paints, and a little bit of mechanical pencil (the lettering on the periodic chart.. hehe) on 8"x10" illustration board

I'm sorry, I just wanted to add that it's the combination of the character herself and the angle of view that I find so very catching. That viewpoint is rarer, and that you carried it so cleanly is what gave me the desire to fav this one.

Wasn't there a movie where a guy charges that he'd sell his soul to get some, and then makes up a formula that does just that... Maybe she has something similar. And this kind of art, and a pinup calendar... this is why one of my life's missions is to get myself to an Anthrocon... maybe I could sell books yet to be published there.
Anyway, she's really good looking. (I realize when I say "hot" that I'm sounding completely lame to so many people... but fur is as fur does I suppose.)
Anyway, it has me wondering, now that I've seen so much work with fursuit design, and commission work, just where your imagination sits on the topic of 'furry'. Anthro art seems the way to go, and as I've mentioned I really enjoy your tasteful portrayal of the subject matter. But as yet with all the different pictures, I haven't seen much in the way of body type diversification. Is that an issue at all to ever be addressed, or is the possibility simply the perfection of fantasy (many times for a sales point of view?)
Perhaps to say it better, when you sit down to draw, how often do you think of furrs (as I call Anthromorphs), and do slim trim and muscular bodies always leap from your pen and pencil?
