ALRIGHT!!!! ^,^
I told you all I was made of something!
Now THIS is my best work yet! But don't get me wrong! This may very well be my best work so far, however...believe it or not this is just the sloppy copy. That's right! A mere doodle (kinda) to see how the final copy will come out! Ya know just to plan everything out! Including the colors! Just practice for my shading and colored-pencil manipulation skills! (yay smart words!) Although my gradation skills leave much to be desired... Alright, now about the actual picture!

The whole thing is based after the latest issue of the Sonic the Hedgehog Comics,#184. It took forever to do (about 6 hours rolled over to the next day) Now...This is basically a summarization of every thing going on with Enerjak and Dr.Finitevus (among other things) over the past few months.

The part where Locke ,Knuckles' father, is crying in the background is supposed symbolize how he suffers from guilt for being part of the cause of Knuckles' transformation into Enerjak and also because of how he had to leave him to save him.Which also explains why he's so big, because he's like a ghost or something watching over his son and because of the huge sacrifice he made. It's my way of giving him recognition.

The part with Remington and Albion symbolizes how all the echidnas were taken there by Enerjak and the reason it's on fire is because...every time I see a picture of that place it's always on fire...

The part at the bottom where you see Sonic doing what was supposed to look like him kicking Enerjak's mask is supposed to symbolize how Sonic defeated Enerjak and freed Knuckles from the evil powers that constricted his mind!It didn't turn out right but that's why they call it a planning sheet!

The part where you see the evil Dr. Finitevus popping out from a warp ring and flaming with emerald energy is to symbolized how huge of a part he had in the whole situation and how he manipulated so much to get what he wanted. The fact that he ended up failing in his plans for "global cleansing" explains his horrid expression and flaming energies of hatred and chaos.The ring is just because it's shiny, fun to draw and color and he's got a LOT of them!

The part with Lien-Da, Dimitri and Robotnik was actually symbolizing the cutscene in the back of the comic where Lien-Da and the Dark Legion turned to Robotnik for help and unification against...I think all who down their cybernetics and technology and to get revenge on Enerjak for giving them warn blood and flesh...which I still don't understand why they don't think that's a better option...but...to each's own I guess

Angel Island is in the background to show where pretty much the whole story took place and to show the birthplace of every thing's causes. Also I would've done anything to take up as much negative space as I could and it was either that or the Master Emerald. I just thought having Angel Island summed up the scene and story a little more.

So,Alright you guys,Here's the deal...
The original plan for the finished version of this picture was so I could send it to Sonic Grams and see if it was good enough to get in! Ya see,the way past cool thing about this picture is that there was no artificial help with this at all. Meaning I haven't edited anything with whiteout or in photoshop to show what my raw ability is like. The same will go for the final copy.

Because I think that a picture that would be all computer edited and stuff would be unfair to kid artists who maybe aren't the best but still loved Sonic and his comic enough to try their best to draw pictures for it. If they picked all the best works that people took seriously enough to make it the best it could possibly be, and that was all that would be picked for the fan art section, the little kids with the real beauty of sonic fan art in their hearts would be so downed by how bad they look compared to every one else they wouldn't even want to read the comic anymore!! I know I wouldn't! What good is a comic for kids WITHOUT THE KIDS!!! That's why I've been really P-Oed about the fact that they haven't had Sonic grams or fan art or letters for the longest time! I was gonna write a letter but I procrastinate like a snail so I never got to it...Ads have gone up though that they are returning the fan sections so I don't have anything to worry about now! Good judgment, right there...

When I grow up I wanna work at Archie comics alongside everyone else! So I think when I muster up the strength and experience to show my face there...this will be a picture in my portfolio...for sure.
I'm very proud of it! Even if the numerous mistakes are really visible...and just for the record I know about everyone of them so you don't have to say anything. Advice is always welcome though! ^^

Just remember though everyone! Even if I don't become a comic artist don't forget my name! 'Cause it's either comic artist or Professional wrestler and no matter what!!!! I'll get one of them under my belt! \(.)/ WOOoooo!
