EDIT 6 YEARS LATER.Some OOOLD Fanart of Tiara Boobowski! I always thought her name was stupid! And always wondered if her whole existence was ever even an almost canon thing~ Even so, I'm glad her story was kind of reincarnated through Blaze! She had a cute design too~

Actually, in case you should know that Tiara was a Manx, a tailless cat, and she was meant to be Sonic's girlfriend, none of Amy or any other girls that sonic should pair up with that would be non-teens beforehand (Except for Sally and others that were in teen years, but that's when i think that Sonic won't be involved with them any moment soon, though going out with 1 or 2 years younger than his teen age would be okay for me, but right now he prefers to run with a girl at his age).
Also, she meant to develop that attitude that could match up to the likes of Sonic, but it wasn't fully emphasized just yet.
