ooh, that's pretty good
the bg looks a little weird though with those faint lines
nothing wrong with the lines, but your shadows seem to conflict a little - on her face and hair, light seems to be coming from the right - on her arms its seems to be from bottom left
also you don't usually refer to someone as "-sama", it's reserved for writing in letters or email - if you say it, then it can seem to be making fun of someone. "-san" would be pretty polite.
