Looks really great Kaem. I've been thinking about doing something more formal with LS. Like a Kimono. But I made the mistake of buying a house so I don't have free money.

Having that mortgage makes it feel like any fun expense is money better spent. Plus there is the cost of upgrades and improvements. Downstairs will need new floors. The landscaping is all dying because the soil here is solid clay. Like I dig down a foot and whatever I pull out below that is something I could throw on a potting wheel.Β

To be fair, there's always a "better" way to spend almost all the money we spend. Β But yeah, when you have such a huge investment you do have to bump it up the priority list. Β
