Fenian is very petite compared to most superheroines, not looking particularly strong, being on the short side and having a comparatively small chest (though not flat.)

Most of Fenian's magical powers appear as green and orange electricity.

Powers: Fenian is a witch, with the potential to be one of the most powerful sorceress' ever known, but she lacks disciple and so far refuses to study so she normally uses just those powers which come to her naturally.

Most commonly used powers are:
Electricity Blast - Appears as green and orange electricity being shot from her fingers and or hands.

Ball Lightning - A small sphere or green and orange electricity she can throw and which explodes on impact like a grenade and affecting all in the area.

Lightning Cage - A large, round cage made of green and orange lightning which surrounds and traps and opponent.

Flight - Sometime causes a slight aura of electical sparks to form around her.

Defensive Aura - Not visible normally, Fenan's magical aura is always prepared to absorb, deflect or minimize attacks. While Fenian is not impervious to harm, her aura does prevent most attacks from getting through to her, or at least minimize their damage to her. This may result in green and orange electrical sparks being created where the attack hits her aura.

Fenian is a good hand to hand fighter and, when needed, her physical strength can be supplemented be her magical energies.

While the above powers are what come naturally and relexively to Fenian, she can summon many, many other effects with some concentration or prior preparation.

Personality:
Fenian is an easy going, relaxed girl who likes to have fun, sometimes show off and often be very firtatious. She can have a bit of an edge to her due to having lived most of her teen years on the streets, scraping by to survive, but despite her hardships she maintains a generally sunny disposition.

Short Biogrophy:
Fenian's inherant magical powers manifested themselves at a very early age and scared and freaked out her highly religious parents. Her inability to control and hide her powers caused many problems in her home and led to her running away from her very strict and disapproving parents many times. Finally, at the age of 15, she ran away for a full month and when she finally returned home she found her parents had returned to their native Ireland, abandoning her.

On her own, Fenian struggled to survive living on the streets. Fenian managed to avoid drugs or a life of crime (though she did have to resort to stealing food on occasion) but she did do many things for money she was not particularly proud of. She eventually found herself working for an independant film maker as an actress, co-starring exclusively with her girlfriend Lisa. When the mobster group known as The Family tried to muscle in on the small time movie operation, Fenian used her powers to fight crime for the first time.

Successfully fending off The Family, Fenian took to fighting small time, neighborhood crime on a regular basis. Her love Lisa supported her in these efforts, always encouraging her and trying to convince Fenian that she could do much more in life than star in dirty movies and beat up small time crooks. Fenian resisted getting more serious until the day she came home to the small apartment she shared with Lisa and found that her girlfriend had been murdered. Devestated by the fact that this was done to send a message to her, Fenian vowed revenge and spent a brief time wearing a hood and mask and hunting down those responsible. Once that was done, Fenian packed her things and vowed to start a new life for herself.

Moving to Paragon City, known as the City of Heroes, Fenian got much more serious about her abilities and fighting crime. It has been theorized that with her innate magical gifts and seemingly limitless potential, that Fenian could be one of the most powerful wielders of magic ever known... But despite continually taking on greater challenges and actively working to hone her innate abilities, Fenian is still very reluctant to study spells, do ritualized magic, study enchantments or use magical items. Part of this may be due to the fact that a couple of the more intricate spells she has tried have backfired - One such instance creating a doppelganger of herself which ran away to the Rogue islands, another which resulted in Gorm Diabhal being summoned from a magical plane of existance and trapped here.

During her time crime fighting in Paragon City, Fenian has made close friendships with several other heroes, namely Caemgen, Daybreaker Alpha and Blue Boltage. She has also grown to have quite a bond with Gorm Diabhal, seeing the devil girl much like a pesky kid sister or such. Fenian has also grown romantically involved with Fenian Wolf though she struggles a bit with this relationship, finding it a bit hard to accept the fact that she loves a woman who was scientifically cloned from the magical doppelganger she accidentally created of herself. But whatever the oddities in the relationships, Fenian is very fond of all these friends of hers and is always trying to get them to be a closer knit group, going so far as to call them all The Fianna and trying to convince them they should have a supergroup base, weekly meetings and even membership cards. Though the name has shown some signs of sticking, so far everyone else is resistant to the rest...
