Totally what I was thinking when Steven had the time piece. I mean, really? You have a way to go back in time and you don't use it to go and meet your mom? Eh, probably didn't want that whole time space rift to happen like it did the two times the show used this piece.

i like this but wouldn't this like wreck the whole uiverse because rose can't exist while steven is!! if this happened, steven might disappear and be gone forever.

Actually it wouldn't reck the whole universe because if you have read the official rules of time travel you would have known that when you travel back in time you can't see your past self but you can see past selfs of other people ofcourse there would be minor changes to the present but no major ones
