Tough Luck sighed gloomily as she sat down on a bench.

She'd tried meeting new bots all day, but wasn't having much luck.

They took one look at her features and turned away, scoffing at her ears and tail. They didn't understand her....no one did.

As some femme raced by, chasing her giggling little brother down the street, she rested her arms on her knees and placed her chin in her servos.

Maybe she'll have better luck tomorrow?

Today seemed to be going very well for Wavedagger Prime. Her weekly prank on Sentinel was a complete success, her trainees were excelling at their mock-missions, and she had found fifty cred’s lying on the street. How could today get any better?

"Huh?" She paused, something catching her optic. Looking across the street, she was met with a very interesting sight....a cat-like cybertronian.

A frown formed on her faceplate as she peered closer at the curious bot....she didn't look very happy. Maybe she was lost? Or having a bad day?

Not one to leave anyone without help, she looked both ways before crossing the road. When she reached the bot, she noticed she really didn't look too happy at all.

'Not if I have anything to say about it.' She thought determinedly.

"Umm...Excuse me. Is everything alright? Miss?" She asked, wings idly twitching as she looked down at the femme curiously.

"Huh?" The cat-femme finally replied.

To say Tough Luck was surprised was an understatement. Here she was, depressed over not meeting anyone today, and one comes up to meet her. And not just any regular bot, but a femme with wings!

'Maybe she's like me?' She thought eagerly, standing up quickly. And those wings really interested her. She's never seen a cybertronian with wings. At least not like these.

"Oh wow!" She spoke eagerly. "Those are such cool wings. Can I feel them?!" She finished, already reaching to touch them.

"Umm...I don't thi-" But it was too late.

The instant she grabbed her wings, she knew she had done something wrong. If not that, then the shrill shriek that escaped the poor femme convinced her. Guilt instantly flooded her circuitry as she whipped her hand back down to her side.

"Primus! I'm soo sorry! I didn't-"

"N-No..." She cut in. "It's ok. My wings are just very sensitive."

This didn't do much to make her feel better, but at least the femme wasn't mad at her.

It really hurt when the cat-femme grabbed her wing, but Wavedagger couldn't really blame her. It's not every day a bot sees a feather-winged femme before. Heck! She's never seen a cat-bot before, so she had no room to talk. But bots liked to touch her wings when they saw them, so it was her fault for having them out in plain sight.

No use bumming herself out though, she was here to cheer up the femme.

Closing up her wings, she turned back to the cat-femme and smiled.

"My name's Wavedagger Prime by the way."

The cat-femme smiled as she replied back.

"I'm Tough Luck."

The End…

Finally done with the last stage. Took me a week to get time to do it all. Tried to go for a cyberton at sunset look to give it a warm/happy feel. Sunset and metal are still effects I haven't figured out yet, hopefully it didn't totally screw it up. The scanner epically failed at capturing the shininess that my sliver did to the page. Looks blah boring now.

I had a lot of fun with the plot of this one-pager, Tough Luck was sure a challenge to draw, and I just couldn't help adding some funnies throughout the comic. Hope you all have as good a laugh as I did.
