Description
Kage, leader of the Kuminotoki and commander of Freeza's Last Outpost. She holds about the same postion as Captain Ginyu heading up her own team of specialists. Unlike Ginyu she has fairly crappy Ki levels. Instead of using huge amounts of Ki she can use the very soul of her enemy to bend to her will. She can sense when people she has meet have passed away and pinpoint there souls location. She can even pull souls from Hell that are her equal or lower then her power. She uses her divine third eye to see into hell and to communicate with departed souls. She can also draw energy from her surroundings like Goku's spirit bomb. Once Kage feels the soul of Captain Ginyu depart she knows the war is truly over. She and her men feel they can nolonger keep up the facade. Instead of coming clean that Freeza is dead they decide to resurrect the Ginyu force to keep the planet from breaking into civil war.

She is the opposite of Ginyu, she is very reserved and hardly speaks at all. Her men respect her fo her unique abilities. She is very skilled at hand to hand combat.

Kage's name means shadow. No she is not related to Vegeta. Kage is modeled after my Yu Yu Hakusho OC Kage Jaganshi, hence her somewhat famiar appearence.
