As for now, no. But if the game makes a big success and that kind of Nameks becomes be popular, some people could get confused.

Actually it's two things.

The first is his head. Saibaking has darker head and lighter face just like Nameks in DBO.

The other is as you said is the the clothes. If I remember correctly the game will have customizable clothes but with DB feel. His clothes look very much like that.
