Pretty awesome. I never considered that making water droplets to a surface with Paint could be as simple as using 3 colors. Then again, I never tried because I thought it would be hard.

many have under estimated the power of ms paint ^~^ and 3 colors may seem basic and simple but with imagination you can put it to life. Thank you for appreciating the small details of this dev.^~^ u should see my other works.

By the way, I don't understand how I managed to get so many and so stupid typos in that other message I sent you. "...I prefer realistic drawing realistic faces. Lie this..."

Your Paint stuff is pretty cool... I'm just not a fan of manga style. It just seems like a lazy way around drawing faces, even if you're good at the rest of the anatomy. I prefer realistic drawing realistic faces. Lie this: [link]
With Paint it just takes a lot of work and patience to get realism right. But it is possible, as long as you're not trying to do something too impossible.

^_^i agree with you about anime faces are like alibis and lazy way around drawing faces.
i guess i would say its easy for most of us and its kind of in the trend of drawing anime faces. however i keep in mind that when i draw something, i would try my best to draw everything else, detailed as much as possible. so they wont focus on looking at the anime figure only and would look at the detailed background aswell. if you get what i mean ^_^ btw... you'r works are AWESOME !!! MS PAINT is truly powerful. more power to ms paint users!!!

With Paint, good backgrounds are problematic because everything is pixel-sharp. So the small details on for example the character on the foreground might go undetected because the background is as detailed as the foreground. With Photoshop one can use something like a slight gaussian blur effect to get some depth of field so that the background doesn't overtake the foreground.
Human faces are hard to draw, and they take a lot of time, especially when trying to accurately portray complex expressions. When manga was first introduced, some japanese cartoonist came up with these distinct but easy-to-draw expressions, that visually have little to do with the emotions that they're supposed to represent in real life. Those easy-to-draw anime expressions connect to the difficult-to-draw realistic expressions, but only if you are familiar with the context of the expression within the manga or anime itself. The system was created so that the cartoonist could quickly draw multiple images of people from different perspectives. And it also became popular in anime because it's easy to draw thousands of images in the time that would only allow drawing dozens in a more realistic way. The expressions are conveyed efficiently if you know which expression is which, but the people still look like aliens.
So the manga style isn't useful for portraits, because it's purpose isn't to portray a person accurately, only that person's emotions in a way that's easy to draw and understand in context.

Great job with the highlights and reflections on the can! Did you have a reference to look at? I couldn't imagine trying to do this without looking at a crumpled can. Very realistic.
