Description
Behold the TRUE form of Corruption, Hate, and Fear. The entity known as Lord Bagan in his primordial form, unhindered by the shackles of his physical form. This is what happens when a Primordial is overcome by hate, and fear: they become a twisted distortion of their true selves. And this horrific visage is what the Dark Lord has possessed as a form since he became The Supreme Lord of Darkness. The First Seraphim of heaven fallen to Evil. Lord Bagan is the embodiment of all things abominable, and wicked in the world. Every bad thing that's ever happened is because of his influence. And in this form, he is at the height of his power: his mere existence brings distortion to everything around him, and disrupts reality. But following his defeat in The Great War, Bagan has all but lost his original body, and has been forced to adopt a physical form in order to exist. He can only regain this form when the missing shards of his being, and his lost soul are reunited.

On that day, all things will end, and return to the Darkness itself.

Took me two days to actually design this sucker. But BOOOOY was it worth it. As you can no doubt tell, Diablo from Blizzard studios was a huge inspiration for this design. But I also had inspiration from a few more sources: The Balrogs of Middle-Earth, The Anti-Spiral, and Dormammu, as well. I wanted to come up with a truly hellish, and nightmare inducing form which could instill terror just by looking at him. Not that that's actually hard: his soul is exposed through his chest, so he can drive most mortals mad by shining his soul on them, and letting their minds break from attempting to comprehend his true form. I will most certainly say that in terms of true power, he is up there with the likes of Darkseid, The Anti-Monitor, Living Tribunal, and The Beyonder/s. And it makes sense he'd be this powerful for the simplicity of the fact he IS the embodiment of Darkness, which is the be-all end-all aspect of existence. It is from Darkness that all existing things are born - even the universe itself was born from Darkness. And when death claims the living, their souls return to the darkness where they await their ultimate fate. Darkness is the beginning, and the End. And as such, it is an omnipotent force that holds sway over all existence, just like Light. And Bagan's made it his mission to return all of existence to the Darkness in a cosmic do-over, where only the creatures of Darkness can truly thrive.

And in this form, he has the power to see that happen - especially if he claims the power of the Seven Eternity Gems, and the 13 Primordials.
