i also really liked yukio but the anime kinda got boring (mainly cuz i dont like rin that much...) so i stopped watching it lol XD
yoite's story made me cry T_T it was so sad o.m o.m. i feel so bad for him wahhh he had such bad endings in the manga and anime T_T so sad T_T

YES SOMEONE UNDERSTANDS!!!! the ending of hikaru no go really sucked. i heard its cuz theres way too few fans and they dont feel like thye can make a profit or something...but hikaru no go is one of my favourites and it sucks that so many people dont understand how great it is DX

Well, it's only hard at first, but you get used to it pretty quickly (even though you'll probably still have problems when you have to draw a straight line or a perfect curve ^^")
Weeeeell, it's true that they could have added a lot more chapters to the manga. But I'm still satisfied with the ending... You know that Hikaru and Akira will slowly get better and probably win a few titles.
What piss me off is seeing people complaining about not seeing Hikaru reach the "divine hand' (how do you call it in English ?). WTF ? It's not supposed to happen, it's the "perfect game". All the characters will probably die before they reach that stage =_=
HAHA ! BL for the win ! But I guess those girls are supposed to appeal to a male audience ? Strangely enough, there are some stereotyped characters that I really like, for example Asuna from SAO or Yoko from Gurren Lagann
Nezumi and Shion will reunite, for sure !Β

It's true that Takeshi Obata became famous thanks to Death Note... but Hikaru no Go was a great manga too...
I mean... The plot may sounds boring (who would read a manga about go ?), but it's actually really interesting and entertaining... And I love all the characters >3<

actually my first manga was hikaru no go
(i had just watched anime) and my grandmother bought it for me ahaha i thought the plot was really nice (and sai is wonderful) i only found out about death note like half a year ago while i knew takeshi obata existed from the start of me loving manga ^^
