The soft coloring and glow to it is perfect. The background is simple, but keeps the focus on the pokemon.

Thanks! I thought the glow would make it more cool, and blurred out the lines a bit. I tried to keep the background simple to make it fit.

Cute! I like the glow and the colored lines. The only thing I could suggest is to make the eyes glassy and shiny. Overall, great job and looking foreword to more!

okay, then that makes it easier to explain ^-^
What I might suggest is that you take a soft-edge brush to do the highlights and color of the eye.
It would match the soft glow around Mew, and serve to tie the picture together. ^-^
