Probably the only picture I've ever done of these two lovers together. They're Kaidona and Lance (yes, I know how much he looks like Sephiroth. I can assure you, he's not.) having come together after most likely a long time in separation, hence Kai-chan's expression in the picture. I had actually done this piece for my Lan-sama to have before he left for a trip to Maine (god, that week sucked).

The coloration wasn't too difficult, however it got to be a pain in the ass when I had to keep resharpening my black pencil. >.<; They need to make mechanical colored pencils, dammit! I kinda wish the violet of Kai-chan's eyes would have shown up better, it looks black. x_x;
While the coloring was easy enough, the original drawing was unusually difficult. I remember starting it at two in the morning one day, and then coming to a pause at around five. That's what I'd ended up with. It took me three hours to draw a picture that was (I know it looks huge now, but that's due to my scanner) smaller than the area of my palm. The fault for that was, (believe it or not) Lance's ear, and some of the positioning. Just about everything I tried to do with Lance's arm looked stiff and unnatural, until I finally got that position up there. @_@;
