"Sometimes it is better to remember our friends as they are in our hearts, not as they are now"~Ninjago
Ok, so I was watching Ninjago, and this one episode (not gonna spoil anything) someone lost their best friend to evil. Then, Zane said this to him.
Right there...
Right there in my feels...
This is so true, especially today. It's like, at first you think someone will be your bffl haha... no. When you get into middle school, they become a complete snob and turn their back on you. Yeah. Bffl right there. I'm not going to point anyone out, but let me tell you guys a story. Gather around the fire kiddos.
So in about 5th grade, I had this friend. I thought she would be the best friend ever. We went to each other's houses, did stupid stuff that we thought was the greatest thing ever, even traded our stuff for more stuff. When we got into 5th grade, we were on different parts of the school. We never got to see each other except for at lunch. So, we promised we would always sit next to each other at lunch. Well, one day she just stopped sitting by me. She went to go hang out with the 'cool kids'. She invited me to her birthday party, but she didn't even act like I was there. Probably just to get an extra gift.
Well, despite the fact that she turned into an utter jerk, I trusted her at one point. I felt like I didn't need any other friends but her at one point. I don't regret not being her friend, I just regret that I didn't see that she was a jerk sooner.
So, basically what this means is even though someone is a jerk, they were once your friend.

I read your story..
I had a similar thing happen to me except the person just flat out turned their back on me and acted like the meanest person in the world, insults and everything. I just don't get people sometimes :/
I agree with this stamp, but I honestly can't remember many good times talking to her because she just ruined my image of her. Oh well!

Oh wow...
Well, it's easy to tell a true friend from a fake one when you loose a friend :c
Sometimes, we just need to loose a friend to realize how valuable out REAL friends are to us. Life's always going to have jerks, you just have to find a way to ignore them.
