Thanks myst1231, also, it's awesome that I can use this as freely as I want to. I wanted to turn this whole sprite sheet and the other into a full, 250 color BMP for the Sonic game made by Rio Ututuya, but right now, my black-colored Windows 10, isn't working right now, so maybe I can try doing that by using a program from off of an app.
I'm typing this on a Chromebook right now.

Yo! I used a different method of making a 256 color BMP (Sorry if I said 250 on my reply stack, that was a typo)! I found a flash drive in the kitchen. I downloaded this and the extra battle sprites and put them into my Flash Drive. I then shut down the computer I'm typing this on (my Chromebook), and turned on my Windows 10. Within a few minutes, I pressed 3 built in buttons and then clicked "Start new task". My other buttons hadn't worked when this happened, so I browsed for "mspaint" and pressed OK. Then, I got those sprites out of the drive, and used Paint to get them both into one sheet. That was when I doubled the size of it and made it slightly bigger than its doubled or original size. I exported the sheet as "46.bmp". She's in progress right now, so expect to see her among the roster of characters when the game makes its public release as SonicBattleLEN (Lost Ending Neo) 3.1.

Alright, so here's the problem I'm having here: I'm working on THREE games instead of one, and I have to divide the time I normally take to develop and improve the game into 3 halves, respectively.
I usually work for about 5 to 15 minutes, and I have to divide those 15 minutes into 5 minutes for each game. But, when I'm finished, there WILL come a time when I release all three games into ONE zip folder, dubbed "The Super Bundle".
The games will eventually be released individually with ironed-out bugs and updated content, so if you'd like to play each game in one bundle, please check the site you will see the bundle on.
Or, alternatively, if you'd like to see some more STABLE gameplay with each game, please go to Mediafire when the games are finished to see the three games in 3 zip files. You can also see in the link post after the games are finished, that I have 2 KGT2nd files in the folder titled "Editor's Files". You can use those to modify or make a new game based on my works.

I think the Mugshot things are a bit inaccurate, the official SEGA art and such shows her as a flatchest, or at least very small breasts, yet here you've given her fucking C or D-size breasts or something (I'm not familiar with cup sizes don't judge me). That's really my only problem with this sheet.
