I have been needing to update Sage's ref and I decided to give her a slight color change.

*I finally came up with a decent name for the group in Sage’s backstory and I am currently working on their information. It will be implemented into her bio when I have everything together.

Nickname: Sparky/ Mutt

Gender: female

Age: 20

Species: red wolf

Sexual Orientation: bisexual

Birthday: 6/5/3926

Personality: very shy and has anxiety/ is a person of action rather than words and can be audacious in her adventurous feats/ has a hard time trusting strangers but once you earn her trust you're family

Hobbies: reading anything about lore or mythology/ painting and sketching/ spelunking and exploring ruins

Special Powers/Abilities: martial arts/ electrokinesis/ translator

Weapon(s): metal bo staff that has Chokio gems in it and can become miniature and be worn as a necklace/ gloves that are infused with metal like fabric to enhance her electrokinesis

Extra: her clothes are composed of titanium to act as armor and for her electricity to breath through it

Ambition/dream: to have her own library and to share what she loves with others

Occupation/Job: treasure hunter

Life Story: Sage grew up in a single parent household, with only her father raising her. Her mother left her father shortly after she was born for another man. (claiming that the other man had more safe and a secure lifestyle) Sage's dad, West, was part of a local cult called the Emerald Eye, and was very skilled in martial arts and even knew a few spells. When the Eye found out about his daughter, they wanted him to begin training her to be a part of the Eye, but West didn't want that for his child. So yes, he did train her from a young age but mostly for her to defend herself. Knowing that now that Sage "belonged" to the Eye that if she were to refuse to be a part of the Eye that they would kill her for treachery. So if he trained her, then maybe she stood a chance against them. Then when Sage was 12, it came the day for one of the Eye's commanders to go and retrieve Sage from her home and bring her to the headquarters, West told her to pack lightly and to leave and not to come back. She left before the commander reached her home, not knowing of her father's outcome. Unfortunately, a few days after she left, she was captured by a scout and brought to the HQ. There she learned of her fathers fate, in which he was slain there in their home. Then she was paired with a partner(Dusty) and gave orders that her trials were to begin within the next few days. Luckily she convinced her partner to her help escape and that he could come with her. The night before her trials were to begin, they began their escape. A few of the guards caught them and there was an altercation and Sage managed to get free but unfortunately her partner was captured. With no way of helping him she had to run and get away while she could. The Eye had eyes everywhere, and she was now a new target to them. Not knowing how to trust, she tried her best to keep moving but the scouts were there every time she turned around. This causes her to have extreme paranoia. After traveling a week with no sleep she found a tavern up in the mountains that appeared spare on the inside. The owner noticed Sage's state and offered her some help. She was one of Sage's first friends outside her hometown. Soon she found the home of her mother and went there for, perhaps, a more permanent stay. After arriving at her mother's home she learned that she had a step-dad and three step-sisters. She lived with them for about 3 years until her mother found out about Sage's electric powers. She wanted Sage to go and work for the nearby Kingdom, since her powers were unique and it would give the family better living conditions. (having a hard time since her step-dad was injured at work and not able to make money anymore and with Sage being an extra person in the household, it made it difficult for everyone else). So Sage agreed, mostly wanting whats best for her sisters. At the age of 15 she began working at the castle as a Collector, who were the ones that gathered Chokio(magic) from caves and such to bring back to be used as energy. Not long after her job started there, there was a breach in the castle's defenses and an attack. Everyone was ordered to capture the wanted persons upon sight. Sage actually managed to find the fugitives and stopped them, only to learn that they were the good guys and the Queen was the real enemy. Feeling the sincerity from them, she let them escape through the underground tunnels. One of the guards saw this and brought Sage before the Queen for treason. As punishment, the Queen cast a spell that blinded Sage. She was left in her personal chambers, blind, for several weeks until a devastating attack rocked the castle. When the dust settled, the royal wizard found Sage and helped her out of the crumbling castle. He brought her back to his workshop and managed to reverse the spell that caused her blindness but only for one eye. Together they escaped and helped others from the destruction in the city. After that she gain many more acquaintances and helped shield her from her pursuers. Along with them, she picked up a knack for adventuring and learning many texts and languages.
