I am so sick of people saying that Zutara was meant to be canon when really it wasn't. It was never ONCE mentioned in the show bible, and the show proper actually makes FUN of this ship in several episodes.

"But what about the scene with Katara and Zuko in the cataombs!?"

That was meant to be an EMPATHETIC scene. It was a scene to show Katara felt sorry for Zuko. Feeling sorry for someone is not the same thing as falling in love with them.

I'm sorry, it's just that, it's been almost a DECADE since ATLA first came out and people STILL think that Zuko and Katara were meant for each other, despite all the hints that Aang and Katara were gonna get together SINCE THE FIRST EPISODE. I just needed to get this off my chest.
