The thing I enjoyed rhe most about Godzilla 2014 is rhe sense of scale and mystery of the kaijus. As of now, the Monsterverse is moving away from the grounded reality to Showa era logic where they move pretty fast for their size and not much low camera angles to show their sheer mass. Based on what I've seen from the trailers, Monarch Legacy of Monsters seems to be going back to the cinematography of 2014 and I'm glad to see that.
Usually we see Goji on land or standing in the water, but not really swim. As of recently, we've been getting more of Goji in his habitat and using it to his advantage as shown in the ocean battle in Godzilla VS Kong and Godzilla Minus One. Speaking of, I get Jaws vibe from Minus One and I'm loving it.
