I did something similar twice before with Rexy and the current T-rex reconstruction: www.deviantart.com/kaijufan113… and www.deviantart.com/kaijufan113… .
I drew Rexy's and RJ Palmer's (arvalis ) Saurian T-rex heads, then drew Rexy meeting her realistic counterpart, and now a full body comparison. Originally, I was gonna draw an updated version of Rexy's Evolution in the Jurassic movies but decided to postpone till Jurassic World Dominion releases. Instead, I used the Rexy drawing, placed it below a blank piece of paper, and drew the accurate design while keeping the posture. Also made sure to keep the colorization and scars.
