Like in canon, he and his brother Corsac conspired with Adam Taurus, though in KV, it was for a time in Fennec's cause. Fennec actually questioned if Adam was the right choice as Leader for the White Fang, due to his mental health. After reading up on that, I decided to use that bit to go different for the Fox-eared brother.

In KV, Fennec Albain initially worked with Adam Taurus along with his brother, Corsac Albain, though overtime, he began notice Adam's descent into madness, questioning if the future of the Faunus would be in good hands with the freedom fighter turn extremist. Seeing Ghira Belladonna's reaction to what happened in Beacon and hearing that Adam Taurus' coup failed ultimately convinced Fennec Albain to cease support for the latter, seeing that not all the Faunus are on board with Adam's methods.
