By request it's Overdrive the super villain turned hero belonging to

This young man had a hard upbringing, being used like a lab rat and developing a host of useful powers but becoming isolated and hate filled. Only later did he learn of the outside world and escaped his captors. With super speed, strength and high intelligence he proved to be quite a formidable enemy to superheroes. I decided to draw him later in life as a hero, just checking his phone and chilling in his super suit.

Another entry for OC October! If anyone ever asks you to draw a jagged circle, you run away as fast as possible! That dang symbol had me erasing and re drawing it like 7 times and the end result still looks kinda off to me. Still I had fun plotting out a super hero suit for this character.
