"Wait, Astrid! It's not what it looks like!"Just wanted to post something to show that I was still alive.
Quick sketch I did on request. I haven't decided on whether or not I want to color it yet. Maybe if I get enough requests...

I apologize for that. I see a bit too many yaoi pics of just about every male-friends/brotherhoods because the fangirls (and fanboys) want to see two guys kissing or cuddling while half naked.
As for this picture, I think Hiccup should choose Anthro-Fem-Toothless for the simple fact that she accepts him as he is and doesn't make a habit of punching him.
This is also what?- mid-movie?- like when Astrid follows Hiccup, but instead of scaring him and then getting terrified by Toothless (who later pays her back for hurting Hiccup via a wild flight), she finds Hiccup walking into the clearing only to be tackled by Anthro-Fem-Toothless, who is very affectionate (trying to win Hiccup's heart and offspring?), completely naked (dragons don't wear clothes).
I'm sure there are some fangirls and fanboys out there that are screaming as they look at this picture: "No No No NOO!! Toothless has to be a BIG, STRONG ADONIS of a Anthro-Dragon, and HE, NOT SHE, has to totally want to PWN the heart and bum of scrawny and cute little Hiccup!!";. That seems to be the favorite among the TxH pics I find.
Anthro-Fem-Toothless should be careful though. Not because she pissed off Astrid, who is obviously going to get frustrated and flustered over why seeing Hiccup getting glomped by a naked girl (even if it is a dragon-girl) pisses her off, but because the claws on her left hand are dangerously close to cutting into Hiccup's throat. She could kill him by pure accident: he struggles when she first latches on, Astrid shoves him (and Toothless's arm), they fall when she glomps him and they land on her arm and hand, etc.

I originally designed a female anthro Toothless the week the movie came out in theaters, hoping to be the first person to make one, but it doesn't seem like I had much competition as most people seem to be drawing male anthro versions. I'm not into the whole yaoi thing and I figured a chick rival for Astrid made more sense.

Rival wise, I just realized that Toothless has bigger breasts than Astrid! I guess that means the only thing not going for Toothless is her fish breath and the whole 'I'm a scary, scalely dragon' thing. Going for her is: she likes Hiccup (something that most of Berk wouldn't claim even in jest prior to his dragon taming skills/exploits), she has bigger breasts than Astrid or Ruffnutt, she is nicer to Hiccup (at least by this point) than Astrid or anyone in Berk is, she's cute despite being a dragon, and did I mention the winning feature of 'she likes Hiccup'?

Yeah, with this Toothless, he only really has to worry about the few whacks he fully deserves (flying them into a cliff, though that movie example doesn't fit well with Anthro-Toothless, male or female) and her giving him half eaten fish... Well that and whatever differences between humans and anthro-dragons, like a most-probable gap in stamina and she might like it rough...
