Description
Hey! I drew things! Not very well because I can only produce decent sketches. :I
AH.
So enjoy, and learn some stuff about these weirdos.
These are Not an open species, they only way to get one is from an adoption sheet, or a special creation permission ticket that will be for sale lata.
ANATOMY
-Head/Neck- A Liroluce's head and neck is probably one of it's more prominent features. I suppose the best way I can describe it, is golf-club like. The neck bends in a almost 90 Degree angle towards the base. Sort of like a Crane or Stork. The Head has relatively no facial features, other than Large eyes that can convey expression very well. In light of eyes, Heterochromia (Having two different eye colors.) Is very very common in this species.
The head houses an advanced brain that takes up most of their head. Their evolved brain has allowed them to create their own language, and can even allow them to manipulate their surroundings (IE. Telekinesis.) Since they have no means to make any noise from vocal chords, or mouth even, Lirolai communicate by manipulating and vibrating the air around them, which makes basic noises seem to ring out of thin air. The Language has been deemed 'Lirolucian', and is made up of whistles, squeals, and pops. It is a separate language from any other on Earth, yet has been mostly decoded and can even be learned by humans.
-Torso- The Main body is simple enough, Looks very similar to a sight hound of any sort. Though they should always be slim, no ribs should show. (As they do not have any.)
-Legs/Feet- Both front and back feet have three toes/claws. Their legs are another prominent feature on their bodies. Starting out very thin, the legs then seem to take on a blocky shape further down. The heaviest part of their body is here, and this effects their gait, which can be compared to a Tennessee Walking Horse. They lift their legs very high and almost stomp their feet on impact with ground. Though Liroluce are very very light in the first place, so though they sound like they would be noisy, they aren't. The mass on their legs that looks blocky is attributed to muscle formations there. Liroluce are notorious diggers/burrowers, but what else would you expect when the strongest part of their bodies is their legs and feet?
-Internal anatomy- Lirolai are very very different from most Earth Animals on the inside. First of all, they don't really have much inside them Other than a very light skeletal structure, Muscle, and a few organs. (Though let's not forget veins and nerves and things.) Their skeleton is made out of a hollow, more solid cartilage like material, and it's mostly formed in big, solid platelet type things. (For example, Imagine ribs all formed together to produce a solid plate. Hence they have no ribs, and only a HUGE chest cavity.)
Muscle is the major make-up of the body, Made from a very light, sinewy/stringy material. So they feel very solid, but are still pretty light, weighing up to about 10-18 pounds at the most.
They have no internal Organs other than their brain, A very heavy duty liver+Kidneys, Sexual organs, and a specialized heart used for pumping oxygen and water, not blood, through the body.
Liroluce absorb things from the air around them, so it's very important to keep them in a clean environment as they can be poisoned by toxins in the air.
They are particularly sensitive to cigarette smoke and Arisol sprays. Though most the time, their bodies filter toxins out in the liver and kidneys, which they continue to filter until they expel a odorless gas.
They only have one opening in the body, it's used for expelling toxins and having babies. It's the butt, The end, Lol.
Liroluce do not eat, they only soak up water and oxygen and that seems to keep them alive.
Also, if you cut a Liroluce, it will leak water, and can shrivel up and die if the wound is not fixed up. Luckily Liroluce seem to heal themselves rather quickly, since water doesn't coagulate and dry like blood, if you put oil on a wound, wrap it up, and give it a day, the Liroluce will be fine.
-Gender Differences-There are no Gender differences, All Lirolai are Hermaphroditic, though some take on more male/female-like appearances. They also retain a part of all of their ancestors DNA, and seem to be able to selectively choose what coat patterns they would like on their offspring, as long as it's available to them in their genetic code.
Sexual organs are located on the INSIDE, so nothing at all his visible on the outside. They look super wierd pregnant by the way.
COLORATIONS-Colors and patterns on Liraluce are infinite, though about 95% of the time are pastel-ish in appearance.
DOMESTICATION- This is a fully domesticated race, other than strays/ferals.
Liroluce are highly prized and loving housepets. They don't make a mess, are quiet and affectionate, and only grow to about the size of a small/medium sized dog. Plus are easy to care for because they can communicate what they want with you. Having one is like adding another member to your family...though ten times more convenient.
Liroluce pick favorites though, and usually only bond to one human as their life-partner, as a Liroluce will be loyal and stick with that one human until it dies. But even if you have a big family, it's not going to hurt to have a ton of the little guys running around, as they are so easy to take care of.
REPRODUCION/AGE TERMS/HEIGHT/WEIGHT
Liroluce do not pair off, have mates, or bond on a sexual level.
They are all rather friendly to others of their own species and though they can make friends and want to be around certain Lirolai more than others, they DO NOT pair off.
Liroluce can choose when they feel the time/condition is right to have a baby.
They gestate for 2 months, But are not able to reproduce for another year, as their body and sexual organs have to reset themselves.
Since humans cannot control when a Liroluce has a baby, they are commonly fixed.
-Babies are born as Pups.
At 7 months they are full grown.
They Live around 10-13 years.
Average weight is 10-18 lbs.
Average Height is 3-3.5 ft.
Art
#1. Features my two Lirolai, wearing some awesome jewelry. First is Fynch and the second is Touch. Touch is sporting some awesome Heterochromia.
#2. Features a figure of their front and back foot-prints.
#3. Features a fullbody picture of a Liroluce.
#4. Features another side-view of a Liroluce head and neck, a little more extended then it's normal resting position.
#5. Last features a little baby Liroluce.
Well anyway, I'm way to tired and lazy and unmotivated to write anymore.
Enjoy them.
Art/Liroluce species belongs to me!

Well they aren't much different per-say, they just have both a male and female set. XD Basically they could either take everything out or remove one set. XP

Thank you!
If you'd kindly read the Description, the answer is Nope.
This is not an open species, you may only get one from adoption sheets, or when you buy a creation slot. (Which are not open at the moment.)
Thanks for the interest.
