Description
We at Kaijukid Comics are proud to announce a new One-Shot comic project that will be the combined efforts of some fresh new writing to our little staff and a new bar in our artistic quality standards. For those of you awesome people who have been following the Godzilla: Triumphant sketch comic that will continue as well, but we're also going to be working on this with a goal of fully COLORED pages at 1 a week. It will then be made available for a limited distribution for the 2015 G-Fest should it work out that we'll be there.3 generations of Godzilla in one story! We're looking forward to getting it done!
UPDATE: The final total of pages (excluding back cover) has been determined to be 26 pages. We're halfway done! Thank you all for following the project and the enthusiasm!

Thanks, and to be honest it got a little tough trying to keep the Showa design consistent, I was trying for the DAM 1968 suit but it sorta bled into the later 70s a bit here and there.

I did, and it was pretty fantastic. Needless to say I was a bit shocked and amused that a lot of the same ideas I used for my Godzilla vs. Gamera comic a few years ago were employed in there, like Gamera hauling GOji off into space, but it was pretty awesome to see realized. All in all pretty grand, and sadly the closest we'll probably get to a real version.

I really like that you added the Godzilla drop kick from the Megalon film. I always get a smile out of seeing that. For this panel though....I am just picturing Jim Ross from the WWE, commentating about the fight.

Great fans think alike, I made some similar comment on this one earlier to the same effect. I figured between tail slide and "atomic breath rocket to the moon" attack this one made more sense.

actually his gravity defying drop kick goes like this: gets a running start, jump, go stiff as a board, travel horizontally for approx 1000 ft, and kick the target

"Old school" fans doesn't always mean older in age, it can also refer to appreciating and being a fan of the old school material. I'm an '85 baby but every film in the series is special to me. Of course most of what I did see as a little kid was the Showa material.
