Description
Godzilla TriumphantSummary: 10 years after Godzilla vs. Destroyah, Godzilla Jr. rises from the depths under the influence of a strange alien invader, and is making his way around the world for one purpose; to assemble the mightiest army ever to walk the face of the earth. But for what purpose? Miki Saegusa and her allies scramble to find the answers before the world is obliterated by this unstoppable force, and before Godzilla is completely Triumphant!

Just a fan comic for fun, continuing the Heisei Godzilla movie series of the 90s. I did this series as a "sketch project", meaning I made it an exercise to make as good a book as I could as fast as possible, because sadly I can't spend all my time working to make the comic look as excellent as a Godzilla book deserves, but I hope you'll find it fun to read irregardless, and I still hope to have done my best. Enjoy!

I am not sure why you would be shaking your head at your decisions that you went with in Erabus' design. If you are talking about the sexualation of the monster with the more "feminine" form by having the enlarged chest I would not sweat it. Peronally I like the idea that you did. It's not too over the top like say what people do with the "kaiju girls" part of the fandom (sersiously I do not understand that part of the Godzilla fandom at all). It's just enough to simply state to the reader that this is a female kaiju. I mean Toho and Tsuburaya did the same thing with Diagro's Mother (which I know this creature is suppose to be based on her suit).
I mean just google image search "daigoro mother" or ダイゴロウの母 which is the japanese translation of her, anyone can see that they put breast on a kaiju that was suppose to be in a kid's movie. Even the toys of her tell of the breasts lol!
So honestly I really would not sweat it at all. I thought your interpretation actually downplayed the female body part a bit more than the original suit's chest did. I just can't wait to see what powers she has...you know....other than laying an ass whopping down on poor Baragon

Heh, thanks for the support. I actually really do enjoy drawing Erabus, so I'm gonna have fun with this bit. I wish I just had more time to settle in and do it regularly, but as many of us do I'm just drowning in research papers and work, and art feels like an extra weight on top of that sometimes. But I still love this story and want to enjoy continuing it. So I shall, as I can.

I most certainly understand that time aspect of life. Seems like off days of work get so spaced far apart...so that when they come about you don't feel like anything but catching up on sleep lol. But at least you are a bit more focused on your art projects though. I kind of tend to bounce around and jump from subject to subject haha.

Someday whenever I finish this dang project everyone will get to see the whole picture of my plans for the main crew, and Barry getting to have some greater dignified moments beyond just kicking Gigan's butt

Awesome because Toho doesn't give a shit about Baragon look at his track record
Frankenstein vs. Baragon: he lost to an overgrown boy (Not a man a boy)
Destroy All Monsters: even though Toho at least tried to give Baragon some involvement but at least he got some attention unlike Varan did.
G vs. MG: he got pushed aside for Anguirus but then again Toho did him a favor at this time
GMK: he gets a big role, but his name is not even in the title of the Movie.
Don't worry Baragon we in the Kaiju community still love you
