NEXT MONTH ON GOOD WORDS WITH SAKO.....dangerous sharp objects!

On a more serious note though, it feels nice during this frustrating season of life to have finished issue 16. It felt special to me, anyway, moving some things along, a little danger, a little romance, albeit in that silly farce way I've set up the romance in this series. But the comic continues to make me happy during these very stressful and difficult days.

I gave up on the Goffren novel project already, because it was stressing me out and making me lose more sleep. I hate abandoning anything I start, and someday Sisters of the Goffren will see completion in comic form, but for now I simply have to focus on life and I'm just getting a lot more enjoyment still out of trying to finish Gallant Girls and work through Sako.....especially Sako. She just makes the evenings feel pleasant to work on her story, and it's exciting for me to get a new issue planned out, if only to distract myself from the realities of the money-grubbing world.

So again, thank you for coming along on the journey and in spite of how the cover here looks, I promise this isn't going to turn into a gore-fest comic I guarantee no one's safety or survival, but you know I wouldn't just end the comic with Sako laying on the floor with her guys spilled out, right?
