This is a repaint of the Tokyo SOS Mothra in capsule figure form, appropriate enough since the Tokyo SOS Mothra prop was re-used in Final Wars, cast in translucent plastic to emulate Mothra's final battle with Gigan. It's a simple effect but it looks nice enough for what it's emulating, though ironically I just realized it kinda looks like Mothra's doing her "Godray" move from King of the Monsters 2019.
