Description
I readily admit this is one of the silliest "figures" I've bought for a kaiju character, but since this is literally all we see of Shin Godzilla's first form in the film my completionist bug had to be satisfied. But this kind of stuff is pretty common for capsule toys, and the water looks great, I love translucent plastic effects. So, yeah, not much to say about this one other than props to Bandai for not missing a trick on the movie's merchandise.

I was mostly referring to the appearance, but yeah the movie laid out the basics of what it is pretty clearly, ancient aquatic organism and all that. It was a good directive decision on Anno's part to build up the appearance with the tail rather than just boom, there's your monster.
