Gamera the Brave is one of the most surprisingly good movies in the whole Gamera franchise. I went into it expecting an average kaiju flick, and was blown away by it. The opening scene featuring Avant Gamera was a super strong way to kick it off as well, demonstrating the bravery and nobility of the Gamera species in their mission to defeat evil monsters (kinda sounds like a certain modern interpretation of Godzilla made Stateside, doesn't it?) This figure is incredible, the detailing is so well done and the paint applications are masterful. I wish more small-scale Godzilla figures took this much care with the details.
