Description
This is a love and hate thing here, because Tacit Ronin is one of my favorite Jaegers of them all and I think the figure here from Neca looks absolutely awesome, but we run into those quality control issues again. In my case it was that the left leg is permanently slanted and bent inward so it's impossible to stand this girl on her own power, and I've been too scared to try heat treatments or other fixes just because these are so incredibly fragile (based on my issues with Romeo Blue which came out in the same wave). Someday I may try to fix it up, but for now I'm just careful, but those issues aside I still really love this figure, especially that they made the blades able to extend. You know, Neca can be a mixed bag. On one hand they look nice....on the other hand, whatever materials they use to make thes things often come off as quite cheap.
I get that they are collectibles, but surely they could make their figures at least little bit more durable. I mean their xenomorphs are particularly notorious for breaking, likely due to the scrawny build. And from what I've heard and witnessed, their Jaegers aren't much better.
The Coyote Tango I bought a few years ago broke into pieces after mild handling (I moved his light arm, god forbid) right out of the box. I must say, it's not a good business practice when a customers first product they buy from you makes them hesitant to waste money on another.
That being said their Godzilla's are generally pretty solid, though I remain cautious.

I've bought very few of their Godzilla figures, but yeah it seems somehow they escaped the quality control issues as much with the G figures. I pre-ordered the 1989 Neca Godzilla and have hopes for that. But yeah, by far the worst issues I had with the Pac Rim toy of Romeo Blue, my gosh that one just disintegrated in my hands.

It's kind of surprising they've been around as long as they have to be honest, you'd think enough people would have complained by now.

It's an inanimate object made of metal and wires, it's most certainly an 'it'.

This Gal appeared briefly in the movie until she was destroyed in Vladivostok and yeah machine can be disastrous because Pacific Rim is a world of pollution and destruction. pollution which I meant were the bloods of every killed Kaijus and destruction is you and I may know every single machine were built by mankind but now they are completely scrapped.

Yeah she only had a short shot near the beginning, it's a shame. If I remember correctly she got more to do in the comics but it's been quite a while since I've read those.
