Tsukikage Ran is one of my all-time favorite anime. I'm not up on much of any shows that have come out in the last several years since I kinda capped off my anime collection a while ago, but this show, while short, is a lot of fun and nicely off the beaten path. It follows the adventures of a lone samurai woman and her quirky Chinese martial artist sidekick. She's an unbeatable fighter whose main weakness is the devil water sake. Thnks dude, it really is a fun little show, but it might be a little slow for some. Slower humor, just poking fun at samurai flicks mostly, but a pretty easy watch at 13 eps.
